Private Training

Initial Assessment:

This session provides you with a detailed assessment of your posture and strength. The purpose of which is to reveal any “hidden” issues such as, postural flaws and / or muscle imbalance(s). It is also the basis upon which your personalized program is designed. A must for first time clients.

After your initial assessment you may choose a training format to suit your needs and your pocket book. Training formats range from ultimate, One on One, to the more economical Small Group.

One on One Training: Your goals, your hour! Need I say more?

Partner Training:

If you have a buddy who has similar goals, this is the session type for you. With a 2:1 client to trainer ratio, you reap all the benefits of, One on One, with less impact to your wallet.

Small Group Training:

This session type accommodates those with similar goals, up to a maximum of six. The intensity and type of workout is dictated by the goals of your group. With a relatively small client to trainer ratio, you enjoy both the motivation offered by the dynamics of a group and the benefits of having a personal coach!
